Get Your Shamrock on as join in the biggest St. Patrick's Day Celebration in Portland. Stumptown LepreCon 2019 starts with the Kells Irish Festival with stops in Ankeny Alley and Old Town. Help us chase the rainbow to raise a pot o' gold for the Portland Sunshine Division!
