In honor of their final season, Wild Rumpus Jazz Co will relive all of the fan favorite pieces from seasons 1-4 in a “best of” performance that will have you smiling for days after you leave the theater. Created specifically to thank the audience for all of their support over the years, come experience the high energy, joy, and love for jazz dance that Wild Rumpus Jazz Co. is known for, while fully embracing the inevitable humor that accompanies dancing into your 30’s and 40’s and feeling at times… well, a bit like a golden girl. From cheese battles and human puppets, to Frankenstein’s monster falling in love with a vampire, and of course several pieces dedicated to foundational jazz techniques like swing and Fosse, there’s nothing you won’t find at Wild Rumpus’ final extravaganza: Thank You For Being a Friend. 

Created, run, and performed entirely by local dancers, this fast-paced, family-friendly show will get you laughing, clapping, and cheering along with the performers like you’re family.

Shows are May 5th, 6th, 12th, and 13th at Polaris Dance Theater at 7:30pm, so what are you waiting for? Get your tickets ASAP, before space runs out!
