Bloom Runway Dynasty IX is an immersive runway experience curated by Bloom Agency in proud partnership with Portland Fashion Institute. This year's show will spotlight Emerging Designers from PFI alongside established creative, stylists, and performers, honoring fashion as both an art form and a cultural force.

Held at the historic Melody Event Center in Portland, Oregon, Dynasty IX unfolds in three dynamic segments: The Origin (heritage-inspired looks), The Ascent (sporty elegance and resilience), and The Crown (bespoke royalty and modern grandeur). The evening will feature showroom installations, live performances, and a celebration of Juneteenth with us as we elevate Black, Brown, and emerging voices in fashion.
