Kick off this year’s barbeque season, Sunday, May 22, with SPRING PIG 2011 and help us raise money for the Portland Farmer's Market Fresh Exchange Program

As well as raise awareness for Naomi's Organic Garden Supply; their lease from Les Schwab Tire Centers, currently ends May 31st, 2011. Guest butcher Tray Satterfield (Eat Oregon First, PDX Meat Collective) will be carving the 140 lb hog while local chefs serve up some seasonal sides and you’re enjoying local beer from Hop Works Brewery and music by River Twain and Tom Bowers.
